About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Engineer to join our WSpaces AI Labs Private Limited team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions to address complex real-world problems. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to build scalable AI models and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Model Development: Design, build, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
• Data Processing: Collect, clean, and preprocess data to prepare it for analysis and modeling.
• Deployment & Integration: Implement AI/ML models into production environments using cloud or on-premise infrastructure.
• Algorithm Innovation: Research and develop custom algorithms for specific use cases, ensuring performance and accuracy.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software developers, and data scientists, to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and improve the performance of deployed models.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for AI systems, processes, and experiments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, R, or similar languages.
• Frameworks & Tools: Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, or similar.
• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
• Database Knowledge: SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering value.
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git/GitHub or similar tools.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision.
• Knowledge of MLOps and model lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of Reinforcement Learning and Generative AI models.
